LessonsThe team employs both an English discipline coach and Western discipline coach. Our English coach teaches us Hunter/Jumper equitation for use at our shows, while our Western coach teaches us Western Pleasure equitation. Both trainers offer us a wealth of knowledge and resources. We are proud to have our English coach with us again this year! Sharon Enteen of Falcon Ridge Stables started coaching us last year and has been a pleasure doing lessons with and having at shows. Her barn is located in Woodstock, GA, approximately 35 minutes north of campus on I-75. Lessons are offered to both club and team members of all skill levels. Sharon has an abundance of knowledge and will help our team grow by leaps and bounds in the coming season. We are also proud to have Emily Tomlinson of Dream Chaser Farms as our Western coach for the past 4 years. She has been an invaluable asset to the growth of our Western team. Emily’s barn is located about 40 minutes east of campus on I-20, approximately half a mile from the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA. Emily’s contribution to our Western team has brought us from the bottom of our region to a top contender in the Western discipline. Huntseat lessons are Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Thursdays at 7:00pm and Fridays at 6:30pm or you can schedule another time with Sharon (404-569-9045) or Kelci (404-502-5584).
